Odds on Website not updating

When client reports that the odds on website are different from the ones on the tool you need to first check if the client has any files in queue, if they have please tell the client that they have * amount of files and it should update soon, if they do not have you need to go on the tool and check the match and market id provided and confirm the ‘Export odds’. After go on the search page and select ‘Export’. Paste the match id in the first line and click on search (make sure the ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates makes sense with the Time & Date of the event). Find the latest file with the requested market and if the odds on the tool and the exported file do not match you need to inform our devs that there is an issue on our side. If the odds on the tool and the exported file are identical you need to inform the client that all is fine from our side and you can send them the file so that they can check from their side.
