VPN Issue

If the VPN of the client is connected but they cannot open the jave/web tool or even the link to the server (ex. osrv16.oddsandmore.com), we have to try the following solution.

1. Connect with clients pc with teamviewer

2. Open the Network Connection window

3. Find the Ethernet which is connected to the vpn by disabling and re-enabling the vpn connection to see which one activates.

4. Right click on the activated one and click properties.

5. After the window opens, double click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4). When the window opens click on Advanced and set interface metric to 1

6. Save and restart the VPN, this should fix the issue and the tool will open successfully.
