When a competitor name is changed manually, you will get signal inside competitor_change tag, in the following format:
<competitor_change competitor_id="79567" product="3" timestamp="1614082545512"/>
Attributes of competitor_change tags are competitor_id, product, timestamp.
Tag competitor_id represents ID of competitor for which the signal is for.
Tag product represents type of feed that message belongs.
