Connecting to the tool

When a user wants to connect to the tool they need to provide a static IP. When provided we need to send an email to tech support with the Tool Number, Client Name and the ip to whitelist. If they do not have a static IP we need to create a vpn file for them as so we need to send an email to tech support with the Tool Number, Client Name and Username.
