When competitor name is changed manually, you will get signal inside competitor_change tag, in the following format:

Attributes of competitor_change tags are competitor_id, product, timestamp.
Tag competitor_id represent ID of competitor for which the signal is for.
Tag product representing type of feed that message belongs.
