When you encounter some issues regarding display of matches or access within the Tool, it might be due to the temporary storage (Cache). In this case, you should clear it by using the following steps:

Press right-click on the mouse button on the Tool's page and select the following: “ Inspect” -> “Application” and “ Local Storage”.

Then you can press the drop-down menu next to the “Local Storage”, right-click on the web Tool link and select “Clear”. After refreshing the page the problem should be solved but if it still persists, please inform our Support department on Skype.
