lWhen the client encounter the issues regarding matches display or regarding the access within the Tool, the issue might be the temporary storage called Cache. In this case, the client should clear it. To empty the cache, it’s necessary to make the following settings:

Press the right mouse button on the Tool's page. In this way a window will appear and is possible to press on “ Inspect” -> “Application” and “ Local Storage”.

Then, the client can press the drop - down menu beside the “Local Storage”, then press the right mouse button on the web Tool link and in the end select “Clear”. If the problem still persists, please you need to inform the Support department by Skype.
