When a client reports that a match is missing it is possible that this match was postponed and therefore the feed provider has sent it as cancelled and needs to be reactivated both from the feed and from the tool. You will most probably find this match on the tool with a purple eye icon in the results section. To reactivate this match firstly open it and delete all results. After doing so the match will go in to the odds section, if not click on the 3 dots next to the pruple eye icon and select restore match, this command will remove the match from the results section and send it to the odds section. After doing so please inform the client to re activate the match and re send the odds so that we can insert them in the tool.
Feedmaker Panel
In the case of missing events from feedmaker the client can check from the feedmaker panel to see if the event is set as above ‘Apri Evento’, they need to click it to activate it and send ‘Reinvia Quote’ to send odds again. The event will after shown as follows:
Betbalancer
For betbalancer (if they are not sending the odds already) the client needs to speak to them directly to resend the odds or we can do it directly from the main Skype chat OAM - BB ( Prematch Integration )
