When client reports this please check yourself from the tool (Check with and without odds), if you confirm this tell the client to check directly with the feed providerIf you confirm it is missing on the tool please go on the search page and select ‘Import’. Paste the name of the Category in the first line and click on search (make sure the ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates makes sense with the Time & Date of the event). If you find the Category in the files and its not present in the tool please inform our developers to check. If the Category is not present in the feed please inform the client that the feed provider did not send it and they should contact them directly.
